Important Member Update: New Software Launch & Other Important Changes

ParkFit Members,

We’re excited to share that starting Tuesday, April 22, 2025, we’ll be rolling out a new club management software called Club Automation across both ParkFit locations! We are confident that this upgrade will be seamless, easy to use and will keep your information safe and secure. We are looking forward to more flexibility and opportunity to introduce exciting features to streamline your experience.


Updated Tennis Court Reservation Procedure:

To help us manage court time fairly and efficiently, we’re introducing a new tennis court reservation tracking system to help us implement the policies we rolled out in January 2025

Policy Reminder:

  • Health and Pickleball Members: Each individual is allowed 5 tennis court reservations per month (regardless of who the primary individual is on the reservation)

  • Guests and Non-Members: Each individual is allowed 4 tennis court reservations per year(regardless of who the primary individual is on the reservation)

Reservations for Health & Pickleball members & Guests will be tracked with punch cards, available at the front desk of either location. Your card will be issued and punches will be received when a reservation is made and paid for at either location.
🔹 Please keep your card safe. If your card is lost, it will not be reissued until your reservation eligibility resets:

  • After 1 month (members)

  • After 1 year (guests)


New Service Fee Policy – Effective 4/22/25:

To continue offering high-quality service while managing rising processing costs, we’re introducing small service fees based on your payment method:

  • Credit Card purchases: 3% service fee

  • ACH (bank withdrawal) purchases: $1.07 flat service fee

  • Debit card and check payments: No fee

We encourage you to consider using debit or check for purchases whenever possible to avoid extra charges.
