MEMBERSHIP UPDATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025

  • RECIPROCAL ACCESS FOR ALL MEMBERS

    All members can enjoy equal amenity access for your chosen membership type at both clubs.

    MEMBERSHIP TYPES

    When it comes to billing and facility usage, we are labeling our membership tiers as follows:

    • Tennis Membership: Access to all facility amenities.

    • Pickleball Membership: Access to all facility amenities except tennis.

    • Health Membership: Access to all facility amenities except racquet sports.

    Note: Racquetball, Handball and Squash Members are classified under the pickleball membership type.

    DUES INCREASE

    As the cost of living continues to rise, so does the cost of small business operations. The dues increase, effective January 1, 2025 will be as follows:

    Pickleball and Health Member dues will increase by $2 per month.

    Tennis Member dues will increase by $30 per month.

  • New Billing and Statement Schedule: Starting January 1, 2025, your monthly statement will be emailed, account balance will be due, and any autopay billing will be processed on the 1st of each month.

    Transition for December: To ensure a smooth transition, December’s statement will be sent on the 1st and billing will occur on December 10th instead of the 20th.

  • FRONT DESK PHONE RESERVATIONS

    Reservations made through the Front Desk via phone must be made after 10AM. Online and in-person booking remains available at 7AM, seven days in advance.

    RESERVATION QUANTITIES

    Each individual member is granted one court/swim lane reservation at a time. Members playing in the same groups are welcome to book neighboring courts at the same time.

    RESERVATION NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION FEES

    No Show Fee ($25): will be applied to any unattended court reservations.

    Late Cancel Fee ($25): will be applied to court reservations that are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice.

    We appreciate your cooperation in minimizing cancellations to ensure a seamless reservation experience.

    TENNIS SPECIFIC RESERVATION UPDATES

    Court Fee ($25): Health / Pickleball Members will be charged a $25 Court Fee upon arrival for reservation

    Booking Requirements: To ensure fair access to our courts, all participants in a court reservation must be listed on the booking. Court monitors will verify each individual’s membership type to confirm eligibility for tennis court play. This policy helps prioritize court availability for members with tennis-inclusive memberships.

    Booking Limits: To further protect court time for tennis members, we are introducing limits on court bookings for non-tennis members:

    - Health/Pickleball Members: Up to 5 court reservations per month at $25 per reservation.

    - Guests: Up to 4 court reservations per year at a $25 guest fee per reservation.

    Thank you for your understanding as we strive to create a balanced and enjoyable court experience for all members!

  • Guest Fees are meant to allow for more flexibility when prospective members or friends/family of current members visit us.

    Day Pass - $25 + tax

    2 Week Pass - Prices Vary, Contact Front Desk

    Happy Hour - Day Pass reduced to $20 Mondays - Fridays from 12pm - 3pm

    Note: Prices are per guest. All minors (under 18) entering the facility must have a signed e-waiver. The waiver can be signed by a legal adult accompanying the minor or by a parent via email to the club manager, indicating consent, liability release, and commitment to facility policies.

  • Due to extensive and costly repairs needed for our pool’s dehumidification and heating systems, we must keep it closed indefinitely. We understand this is disappointing news and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    Our Central Park location pool and hot tub are available to all members. If you have any questions or wish to adjust your membership, please contact us directly at the Front Desk of your home club.
